I had been consuming this active ingredient for some time but from another brand, I think Hsn products are a very good option and competition for other more famous brands, better price, better effects, as for the product itself, in my experience if it works, combined with a relative change of diet its effects are noticed,even if you allow yourself to indulge in some food, and is also very good for times of excess, if you go out to eat, or have a birthday, or just want to give you a culinary tribute these capsules totally dampen the matter, I have checked, helps maintain weight, and if it helps to lose too, I recommend it.
llevaba tiempo consumiendo este principio activo pero de otra marca,opino los productos hsn son una muy buena opcion y competencia para otras marcas mas famosas,mejor precio,mejores efectos,en cuanto al producto en si,en mi experiencia si funciona,combinada con un relativo cambio de dieta se notan sus efectos,inclusive si te permites algun capricho en alguna comida,y es muy bueno tambien para momentos de excesos,si sales fuera a comer,o tienes un cumple,o simplemente te quieres dar un homenaje culinario estas capsulas amortiguan totalmente el asunto ,lo he comprobado,ayuda a mantener el peso,y si ayuda para bajar tambien,lo recomiendo
