It works but not everything is a miracle, you have to change the carbohydrate intake regimen especially and reduce the size and logically walk enough or do some exercise and combine it with products that complement each other for the same purpose and have perseverance.

Funciona pero no todo es un milagro hay que cambiar el régimen de ingesta de hidratos sobre todo y reducir el tamaño y lógicamente caminar bastante o hacer algo de ejercicio y combinarlo con productos que se complementen para el mismo fin y tener perseverancia.
