You can't ask for much

You won't notice much change, but it's always good to get some extra calcium into your body, which is why it's best to take it even if it's not very hot.

No notarás gran cambio pero siempre viene bien meterle algo de calcio extra al cuerpo, para lo que cuesta mejor tomárselo aunque haga poco.
