I don't drink caffeine in any other form. Even if I sleep my hours, it's hard to get going in the morning. A caffeine capsule with water and after a few minutes the mind is fresh and the body is ready to start the day. By the time evening comes, the effect has worn off and I have no trouble falling asleep.
