Without any doubt it is a good product. But the tablets are too big. And they are not very easy to take. Maybe if they were in capsule format it would be top!

I take it at night along with the sleep care. I do not notice that I rest better. It is just a magnesium, calcium and vitamin d supplement. The tablet is quite large to take.

Good product
I find it a very practical form of supplementation especially when you are away from home, being able to consume all 3 at the same time. The tablets have no taste and I personally do not find it difficult to swallow them, but they are a bit large.
Me parece una forma muy práctica de suplementación sobre todo cuando estás fuera de casa, al poder consumir a la vez los 3. Las tabletas no tienen ningún sabor y personalmente no me cuesta tragarlas, pero son un poco grandes.
