A very good magnesium option with a good amount of this mineral. A word of caution about the size of the tablets. They're a bit on the large side, nothing special, but if you're worried about this it's something to avoid.

After months of use, I can confirm that hair and skin improve. I never lose hair, but the typical four or five hairs don't even fall out. I liked Zinc citrate better, but this supplement does the job. I bought it to try it and although I was satisfied I went back to Zinc citrate. Not too much difference, maybe citrate is more upsetting to my stomach but it is so mild that it is indifferent. I recommend both.
Me gustó más el citrato de Zinc, pero este suplemento cumple su función. Lo compré para probar y aunque quedé conforme me volví al citrato de Zinc. Sin demasiada diferencia, quizá citrato me es más molesto al estómago pero es tan leve que es indiferente. Recomiendo ambos.
