Zinc for hair loss

I started taking it because I had a lot of hair loss and after a few weeks I felt a lot better. In general, HSN supplements are very good value for money.

Comecei a tomar porque andava com muita queda de cabelo e passado poucas semanas senti muitas melhoras. Regra geral os suplementos da HSN têm muito boa qualidade-preço.

Allergies and testosterone

I bought this product because of the effect it will have both on testosterone (which is essential for building muscle mass) and on mitigating allergies. Satisfied so far.

Good product

It is of good quality, the price is fair but there should be 50mg, but overall the value for money is very good.

The best choice for magnesium supplementation

For a long time I have been taking another brand of effervescent magnesium, in my case, for migraines. Now that I no longer have that problem, I have decided to continue taking magnesium for my muscles and contractures, and from what I have read, this is the best for my case. I've only been taking it for a few days, and on a positive note, I can say that I don't notice any digestive side effects : ).

Durante mucho tiempo he tomado otro magnesio efervescente de otra marca, en mi caso, para las migrañas. Ahora , que ya no tengo ese problema, he decidido seguir tomando magnesio para mis músculos y mis contracturas, y por lo que he leído, este es el mejor para mi caso. Solo llevo unos días tomándolo, y como nota positiva, puedo decir que no noto ningún enfecto secundario a nivel digestivo, : ).
