Ideal for night time and rest
The correct dosage is 2 capsules. It works very well when combined with GABA and Ashwagandha. The effect is clear, and when I go to bed, I fall asleep much faster, and my REM sleep has improved significantly. I combine it with malate for daytime energy. As I mentioned with Malate, its a shame the concentrations are different in both. 2 capsules of bisglycinate vs 3 capsules of malate.

Very good quality. I noticed the difference compared to other types of magnesium: it is better absorbed, it does not cause digestive discomfort and I really feel more muscle relaxation and better rest at night. It also helps me to reduce the tension accumulated during the day. For me, a highly recommended option.
