Magnesium very effective for the nervous system.
A very good quality magnesium. It is noticeable in relaxation, mood and especially in sleep. It does not cause digestive discomfort and the capsule is easy to take. For me it is one of the most effective magnesiums I have tried and it is excellent value for money.

I've been taking this magnesium for almost a year and it works very well. The nights of ramps in the calf muscles, the contractions in the upper back have disappeared. It helps me rest and feel more relaxed on a muscular level.
