Very good product
I used to take another magnesium supplement, but I read about bisglycinate and decided to go with my trusted brand. I find it great, I take it at night and I feel improvement in my rest. I must say that it has also helped me in my intestinal transit.
Antes tomaba otro suplemento de magnesio, pero leí sobre el bisglicinato y me he decidido por mi marca de confianza. Me parece genial, lo tomo por la noche y siento mejoría en mi descanso. He de decir que también me ha ayudado en mi transito intestinal.

Good source of magnesium!
Magnesium is a fundamental element in muscle contraction and recovery, which is why I've been taking magnesium since I started training. I bought this supplement for its better absorption, improved muscle relaxation, sleep aid and absence of laxative effects (as with magnesium citrate). So far I'm satisfied and highly recommend HSN Magnesium Bisglycinate!
O magnésio é um elemento fundamental na contração e na recuperação muscular, por isso tomo magnésio desde que comecei a treinar. Comprei este suplemento, pela melhor absorção, melhoria do relaxamento muscular, ajuda no sono e ausência de efeitos laxantes (como no citrato de magnésio). Até agora estou satisfeito e recomendo vivamente o Bisglicinato de Magnésio da HSN!
