I have not been taking this product long enough to know how effective it is, but I have taken others before to know that astaxanthin is a good antioxidant. The value for money of this product is very good, especially considering that it is 8mg.
Aún llevo poco tomando este producto como para saber su efectividad, pero he tomado antes otros como para saber qué la astaxantina es un buen antioxidante.

I started taking it because of the recommendations and comments about its antioxidant use. I only took it for a month, maybe I should have given it more time, but I can't say if I have noticed any improvement. Neither good nor bad. Good price.
