It's not bad at all, but I've tried better probiotics. keep it in the fridge to keep the bacteria alive. take it at night before going to bed so it doesn't interfere with the temperature of the food.
Não é mau de todo, mas já experimentei probióticos melhores. deixar no frigorífico para manter as bactérias vivas. tomo à noite antes de ir para a cama para não interferir com a temperatura da comida.
