I usually train in the afternoon but when I train in the morning, I usually go to training on an empty stomach. I take it as an intra workout combined with cyclic dextrin and it works great. The pineapple flavor is top notch.

This protein is really very effective, the cherry flavor is fantasy, more expensive than the others but for once in a while.... It can be mixed with amylopectin, if you could get a larger format but more adjusted price would be great!
Realmente esta muy conseguida esta proteína es efectiva el sabor cereza es fantasía, mas cara que las otras pero para de vez en cuando... Se puede mezclar con amylopectin, si se pudiera sacar un formato mas grande pero mas ajustado de precio ¡sería estupendo!
