Better in powder form

Capsules a little thick. Effective product, although I prefer the powder format to mix with protein.

Good product

A good quality creatine. The extra daily touch is noticeable although I do not see a big difference with other creatine powders, perhaps not having to make the loads.

I used to take it in monohydrate powder and over time it swelled me up, but with these I'm doing great.

Very good option if you don't like powders or they don't agree with you, for me powders were like drinking lime and I love this option.
