I've only had it for a couple of days so I can't give a long term opinion. I can say that it is easily absorbed and does not leave the area sticky. So far so good.

Cream with a good smell but I don't see any effect at the moment. Although if you're not in a caloric deficit and don't have a proper fat loss environment, it's not going to do you any good.
