I notice an increase in strength during training, as well as a decrease in post-workout pain. If I take it on an empty stomach dissolved in a little water, it serves as a pre-workout.
Se nota el aumento de fuerza en el entreno, además de una disminución en el dolor post-entrenamiento. Si lo tomo en ayunas disuelto en un poco de agua me sirve como preentreno.
