Not suitable for everyone
It turns out that I was not retaining liquids but calories...so apparently it had no effect on me. On the other hand, I have been particularly constipated during the time I have been on the bottle. I thought it was from not drinking enough water in the summer, but increasing my water intake (and fiber) didn't correct it, until I finished it. I guess I am not the target audience for this product.
Resulta que yo no retenía líquidos sino calorías...así que no me ha hecho efecto aparentemente. Por otra parte, he estado especialmente estreñido el tiempo que me ha durado el bote. Pensaba que era por no beber suficiente agua en verano, pero aumentar la ingesta hídrica (y la fibra) no me lo corregía, hasta que lo terminé.
Supongo que yo no soy el público objetivo de este producto.
