I bought it thinking it would not be as effective, but I was very wrong. You take the product as directed and drink water constantly and you notice how you are draining water as you drink. My job is standing and walking so I take advantage and always carry a small bottle of 500 ml. to consume it little by little and in the 8 hours of work I can consume about 2 liters, sometimes 3. Mi trabajo es estar de pie y andar así que aprovecho y llevo siempre una botella pequeña de 500 ml. para consumirla poco a poco y en las 8 horas de trabajo puedo consumir unos 2 litros, a veces 3. Y se nota bastante después de tomar el producto durante más de 1 mes.
