Helps eliminate liquids
I bought it for my father and, according to him, it helps him a lot to reduce fluid retention, and some of the fat (at least in appearance) by providing diuretic properties, as it makes him go to the bathroom more often than usual (it is not a laxative nor does it make you urinate every 10 minutes so the alarms don't go off).
Lo compré para mi padre y, según él, le ayuda bastante a disminuir la retención de líquidos, y parte de la grasa (al menos en apariencia) al proporcionar propiedades diuréticas, ya que la hace ir al baño más seguido que de costumbre (no es laxante ni tampoco te hace orinar cada 10 minutos que no salten las alarmas).

I am sorry for the drainage, it is true other comments, indeed it feels that it works and comparatively the price is lower and healthier than a drugstore diuretic to use.
