Good option for fluid retention
I have been using this product for some time, in seasons in which I feel more swollen and it is effective, I take one in the morning and another after eating and I have to say that it is noticeable at the level of fluid retention especially in the legs, I give it a 9.

Ayuda a definir y a perder un poco la retención de líquidos de las comidas cargadas de hidratos. Tampoco hace milagros pero se nota el efecto, yo lo combino con citrato de potasio y estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. También ayuda a regular en parte el tránsito intestinal y no está mal de precio.

This is the reality, I have not noticed any improvement, but neither have I noticed anything negative (discomfort or adverse situations). I understand that if you have a vitamin deficiency you can do well, but with a good diet it would not be necessary to resort to this type of products in my opinion.
Es la realidad, no he notado mejora, pero tampoco algo negativo (malestar o situaciones adversas). Entiendo que si tienes déficit de vitaminas te podrá ir bien, pero con una buena alimentación no haría falta recurrir a este tipo de productos en mi opinión.
