It is effective, or at least it helped me, I started my training weighing 55 kg, after 2 months of using only protein I reached 58 and after another two months of protein plus this I reached 64. White Chocolate and Lemon: The flavor is well achieved, a little sweet for me, but it is still white chocolate. I bought the 1kg option and took it 2-3 times a week, it lasted about 7-8 weeks.
Es efectivo, o por lo menos a mi me ayudó, comencé mi entrenamiento pesando 55 kg, tras 2 meses de usar sólo proteínas llegué a los 58 y tras otros dos meses de proteínas más esto llegué a 64.
Chocolate Blanco y Limón: El sabor está bien logrado, un poco dulce para mi, pero no deja de ser chocolate blanco.
Pillé la opción de 1kg y lo tomaba 2-3 veces por semana, duró unas 7-8 semanas.
