It has very good nutritional values and respects well the ratio of 1 gram of protein and 3 grams of carbohydrate to gain muscle mass quickly. Regarding fat, it has good parameters and very little fat, which is rare to see in gainers, since most of them have three times as much fat as this one. Honestly, the latter is what makes it an EXCELLENT product.
