High quality proteins with a realistic aminogram compared to other brands, good dissolution at room temperature, (cold costs more), better to make the shake with a little liquid at room temperature and then add the rest cold if you feel like cooler. A good way to try the available flavors is with the tasting pack, in general almost all of them are good.
