He probado otros tipos de proteína de HSN, concentrados, aislado, caseína, liberación secuencial, etc y ésta es la mejor sin duda. Empecé a tener problemas de digestión pesada y gases y con está todo eso desapareció. Además de ser mucho más agradable de tomar al ser más líquida pasa como refresco. El sabor de choco blanco y fresa mi favorito. Ya no tomo otra proteína que no sea esta. ¡Genial!
