Good size for testing
I bought this format with the creatine pure seal (essential for quality) to test, it is true that I am taking more things, the reality is that after two months I do not notice much difference in my body, but if I must admit that in general I feel better, I can not attribute it only to creatine.

Best to take post workout with whey protein and some hydrate, in my case with a banana or pancakes to accompany whey shake.
