They have an artificial taste, they are a bit hard and if you bite them wrong, bitterness is guaranteed. these pills for children do not make much sense, better to teach them to eat well (right now sardines or mackerel are the best animal food in relation to quality and price). omega 3 is not sooooo important as some researchers exaggerate; it matters more your overall diet, whether it includes oily fish or not.
Tienen un sabor artificial, son un poco duras y como las muerdas mal, amargura garantizada. estas pastillas para niños no tienen mucho sentido, mejor enseñarles a comer bien (ahora mismo unas sardinas o unas caballas son la mejor comida animal en relación calidad precio). el omega 3 no es taaaaan importante como algunos investigadores exageran; importa más tu alimentación global, incluya pescado azul o no.
