What I liked the most is the flavor, they are very tasty. For children it is very good because they take it as a candy. It is difficult to know how effective it is because the microbiota is influenced by many factors, but I keep repeating the order because it is always good to reinforce it.

Very complete
Good product, effective, very complete with many strains and at a good price. What more can you ask for! Apart from being great for the immune system, other digestive issues etc...it goes very well if you suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

To regenerate the intestinal flora after being sick or even for constipation is good, although it is not a laxative. I think the amount of strains it contains and the price is good. The only downside, like all probiotics, is that you have to take it on an empty stomach and wait to eat.
Para regenerar la flora intestinal después de estar malo o incluso para estreñimiento va bien, aunque no es laxante. Me parece buena la cantidad de cepas que trae y el precio. La única pega, como todos los probióticos, es que hay que tomarlo en ayunas y esperar para comer.
