HSN's ALCAR powder (Acetyl L-Carnitine) is perfect for improving concentration and that mental boost without stimulants. I use it on an empty stomach or before training and I notice that extra clarity and activation. It dissolves well, with no strong taste. A bit acidic but not as much as ascorbic acid or citrulline malate (which I also like), it's a must in my nootropic stock!
El ALCAR en polvo (Acetil L-Carnitina) de HSN es perfecto para mejorar la concentración y ese empujón mental sin estimulantes. Lo uso en ayunas o antes de entrenar y se nota ese plus de claridad y activación. Se disuelve bien, sin sabor fuerte. Un poco ácido pero no tanto como el ácido ascórbico o la citrulina malato (que también me gustan), mola mucho. ¡Un must en mi stock nootrópico!
