Effective in contributing to a better sleep although somewhat lumpy dust

I bought this supplement to help me fall asleep earlier and sleep better. I used to take the HSN brand GABA supplement and the truth is that I notice no difference in the effectiveness in terms of being able to sleep better and fall asleep more easily. The only downside is that the powdered aspect of the supplement is a bit lumpy. I combine it with HSN's 5-HTP supplement.
