A good pack at a good price that will last.
I bought this pack because it is the best value for money, the pancakes with oatmeal and protein are very good if you add some syrup or vanilla essence for example. I bought it a few months ago and it still lasts even though I consume the protein and flour almost every day. To put something negative: the creatine ran out before the rest of the products and I had to buy it separately without a pack again.
Compré este pack porque es el que mejor calidad precio me ofrecía, las tortitas con la harina de avena y la proteína quedan muy buenas si les añades algún sirope o esencia de vainilla por ejemplo. Lo compré hace unos meses y aún me dura a pesar de que consumo la proteína y harina casi todos los días. Por poner algo negativo: la creatina se me ha terminado antes que el resto de productos y he tenido que comprarla aparte sin pack otra vez.

So, I'm the typical person who has been going to the gym for a long time, who starts to get strong but there comes a time when you stagnate, you neither grow nor gain weight, and that discourages a little. Great, you get some enthusiasm back, you get home and start reading about supplementation. Articles, videos, more articles, this is better, that, this is what will make you grow the most, the other is no good, some recommend one thing, others another, conclusion, you've been reading articles for 2 weeks, you more or less know about the subject but you haven't learned anything. And of course you haven't bought anything yet, obviously. I enter HSN because someone at the gym was wearing a T-shirt, they have so many products that it can be a bit scary and suddenly you find a section that says: PACKS. From here one thousand eight hundred thanks for making packs for those of us who don't have a clue. I find this pack, it brings me everything that someone who wants to start with the subject might need, with discount and choosing flavors, without words. Now it's been a few months, I'm almost done with all the products and well, I've gained a lot of volume, I weigh about 6kg more (I started at 59 and I'm at 65-66), I look better. I lift about the same weight as before but I look better. I took the vanilla flavored oatmeal, at first well but now I'm a little overwhelmed, I'll take another flavor for the next bag but I repeat for sure. The Catalan cream flavored proteins, I will repeat this one for sure, as they have managed to make it taste like Catalan cream I have no idea, but it is good, it dissolves like nothing, not a lump. The creatine I do not know if I could choose flavor but it is neutral flavor, literally not noticeable when you take it, it is super dissolved, I repeat again for sure too. In short, thanks for making packs for those who have a little idea, but when buying, no idea :)
Entonces, yo soy el típico que lleva yendo al gimnasio mucho tiempo, que empieza a estar fuerte pero que llega un momento que te estancas, ni creces ni aumentas peso, y eso desmotiva un poco. Empiezas a hablar con unos con otros y coinciden en básicamente lo mismo, es hora de tomar suplementación. Genial, recuperas algo de ilusión, llegas a casa y empiezas a leer sobre suplementación. Artículos, videos, más artículos, esto es mejor, aquello, esto es lo que más te va a hacer crecer, lo otro no vale, unos recomiendan una cosa, otros otra, conclusión, llevas 2 semanas leyendo artículos, más o menos sabes del tema pero no te has enterado de nada. Y desde luego aún no has comprado nada, obviamente. Entro en HSN porque uno del gimnasio llevaba una camiseta, tienen tantísimos productos que puede llegar a acojonar un poco y de repente encuentras una sección que dice: PACKS. Desde aquí mil ochocientas gracias por hacer packs para los que no tenemos ni idea. Encuentro este pack, me trae de todo lo que pudiera necesitar alguien que quiere empezar con el tema, encima con descuento y eligiendo sabores, sin palabras.
Ahora han pasado unos meses, casi he acabado con todos los productos y bien, he ganado bastante volumen, peso unos 6kg más (empecé en 59 y estoy en 65-66), me veo mejor. Levanto prácticamente el mismo peso que antes pero me veo mejor.
Cogí la avena con sabor vainilla, al principio bien pero ahora me agobia un poco, cogeré otro sabor para el próximo saco pero repito seguro.
Las proteínas de sabor crema catalana, de este repito fijo, como han conseguido que eso haga gusto a crema catalana ni idea, pero está bien bueno, se disuelve como nada, ni un grumito.
La creatina no sé si podía elegir sabor pero es sabor neutro, literalmente no se nota cuando la tomas, queda super disuelta, repito de nuevo seguro también.
En definitiva, que gracias por hacer packs para los que tenemos un poco de idea, pero a la hora de comprar, ni idea :)
