Acid but good

Since I've been taking it I'm stronger and I move more weight, I train 3 days a week, the taste is sour at first the taste is weird but then it's good.

It works

I was very reluctant to use it because I didn't think it would work, but after about 3-4 weeks I started to notice the effects: better performance in training, and much less recovery time. As for the taste, it tastes quite sour.

Era muy reticente a usarla porque no pensaba que fuese a funcionar, pero hacia las 3-4 semanas empecé a notar los efectos: mejor rendimiento en el entrenamiento, y mucho menor tiempo de recuperación. Sobre el sabor, sabe bastante ácido.

Good Pump

It really does provide a good pump as well as visible vasodilation. I feel less fatigued during training compared to when I don't take anything. I also use it before running but I don't notice much of a difference.

Realmente proporciona um bom Pump para além de vasodilatação bem visível. Sinto menos fadiga durante o treino, comparando a quando não tomo nada. Uso também antes de correr mas não noto grande diferença.

Bad taste
