I have been using HSN creatine monohydrate for some time now and I can say that it does its job: it improves performance and muscle recovery. It dissolves well and I have had no digestion problems or side effects. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of texture, sometimes it is a bit gritty. I also miss a wider variety of flavors.
Llevo un tiempo usando la creatina monohidrato de HSN y puedo decir que cumple con su función: mejora el rendimiento y la recuperación muscular. Se disuelve bien y no he tenido problemas de digestión ni efectos secundarios.
Sin embargo, creo que hay margen de mejora en cuanto a la textura, a veces queda algo arenosa. También echo en falta una mayor variedad de sabores.
