I take it directly, without dissolving. Then I drink the glass of water, it is the most comfortable way for me. Unlike others, I don't notice any inflammation or swelling and it feels good to me, trying other brands I had to throw away whole packets because they caused me unbearable belly pain, cramps and a lot of discomfort.

Yo la tomo directamente, sin disolver. Luego me tomo el baso de agua, es la manera más cómoda para mi. A diferencia de otras, no noto nada de inflamación ni hinchazón y me sienta bien, probando de otras marcas he tenido que tirar paquetes enteros ya que me causaban un dolor de barriga insoportable, retortijones y mucho malestar.

100% recommended

I love it

After a month of taking it...
