The traditional Turkish Kebab has undergone many variations in the different countries where it has spread, but the sauces have always remained faithful to the culinary origins of this delicious oriental dish.
Tahini (sesame paste) is a base usually applied to pita bread, although it is no longer used in the West. Harissa is the spicy red sauce that people love and hate in equal parts; and the white sauce is the star sauce of the Kebab, balancing the spicy flavour of the meat marinade that everyone loves.
Our Kebab sauce is prepared according to the traditional Turkish white sauce recipe with a yoghurt base, but we have adapted it to keep the calorie content to a minimum, while maintaining the classic taste as much as possible.

It is a sauce that we will often use in homemade Kebab recipes, together with white and red meats, as well as with other meat-based preparations.
But why not with vegetables?
In addition to adding it to grilled or roasted vegetables, you can use our Kebab sauce as a dressing on Fit salads to give them a unique touch and break the routine and monotony of the diet.
Here is a recipe for a healthy Doner Kebab with HSN Kebab sauce.
We can't finish explaining our Kebab sauce without explaining how to make a delicious and diet-friendly homemade Doner Kebab recipe:
- Marinate overnight 200g chicken breast per portion, filleted in strips.
- Sauté garlic, onion, green and red pepper in a pan.
- Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne powder and add 10g coconut sugar.
- Once the vegetables are poached, add the chicken.
- Open an oat fajita and fill it. You can add grated cheese.
- Before closing, pour a generous amount of Kebab sauce over the filling.
- Place the closed fajita in a sandwich press, in the frying pan with weight on top, or in the air fryer on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
