Very good

I have been using HSN's chitosan for a few weeks now and it is working well to support my diet. I take it before heavier meals and notice less bloating. The capsules are easy to take and have not given me any side effects.

Llevo unas semanas usando el chitosán de HSN y me está funcionando bien como apoyo en mi dieta. Lo tomo antes de las comidas más pesadas y noto menos sensación de hinchazón. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y no me han dado ningún efecto secundario.

For excesses

I can't say if it has an effect or not. I take it when I'm on a diet and I'm going to take some extra food in excess. If you take it 1h before or so it takes away a lot of hunger and you freckle less.

No puedo opinar si tiene efecto o no. Lo tomo cuando estoy a dieta y voy a tomar alguna comida extra en exceso. Si lo tomas 1h antes o así te quita bastante el hambre y pecas menos.

I think it comes from crustaceans and people give it good reviews and I went for that because compared to other products this one had quite a few for a reason ... .
