Good thickener

Finally!

The product works great for baking gluten-free bread. Well, as expected

Presented in HSN's customary zip bags. The product works as expected. It is best to use it already diluted in water, mixing it in a small jar, getting a very thick consistency, which allows it to be diluted, so it is easier to add it to where you want to use it. This should keep in the refrigerator for about a month. In powder it dilutes regularly.

Se presenta en las bolsas con zip que acostumbra HSN. El producto funciona como es esperado. Lo mejor es utilizarlo ya diluido en agua, mezclándolo en un tarrito pequeño, consiguiendo una consistencia muy espesa, lo que permite diluirse, así es más fácil añadirlo a donde se quiera usar. Esto debería aguantar en la nevera como un mes aproximadamente. En polvo se diluye regular.

Interesting

I wanted something to thicken certain preparations without using flour or starch. I chose xanthan and it's pretty good. You don't need much and it does the job very well. Perfect when you don't want to add any calories to the mix.

Je voulais un truc pour épaissir certaine préparation, sans utilisé de farine ou de fécule. J'ai choisi la xanthane et c'est plutôt pas mal. Il en faut peu et ça fait très bien le taf. Parfait quand on ne veut rajouter aucune calorie au préparation.

I hardly use it

I use xanthan gum to thicken protein whey shakes, especially with berries flavor it is very similar to the yogurt of that flavor, but once I finished that protein I have not used it for anything else. It is not that the product is bad but it is not to my taste.

La goma xantana la uso para espesar los batidos de protein whey, sobretodo con sabor frutas del bosque queda muy parecido al yogur de dicho sabor, pero una vez me terminé esa proteína no lo he usado para nada más. No es que esté mal el producto pero no es de mi gusto.
