I use it to make protein ice cream, it gives them a quite nice texture. Be careful to close the bag tightly as cleaning it is hell.

La uso para hacer helados proteicos, les da una textura bastante agradable. Cuidado con cerrar bien la bolsa ya que limpiarlo es un infierno.

Malo

I used it once and did not like it. I will have to look at manuals. But I didn't like the texture it left and a weird taste in the chocolate I tried to make.

Lo use una vez y no me gustó. Tendré que ver manuales. Pero no me gustó la textura que se quedó y un sabor raro en el chocolate que intenté hacer.

I bought it mainly for gluten-free recipes (it adds flexibility to the dough) and for some cosmetic formulation that requires it. The gel formation is fairly quick and easy. I have not noticed any particular taste but I am not very sybarite. I quite liked it, I think it is a useful and versatile ingredient.

Lo compré principalmente para recetas sin gluten (aporta flexibilidad a la masa) y para alguna formulación cosmética que lo requiera. La formación en gel es bastante rápida y sencilla. No he notado ningún sabor particular pero no soy muy sibarita. Me ha gustado bastante, creo que es un ingrediente socorrido y versátil.

Multipurpose

A very good option to thicken and give texture in times of low caloric intake and increase the satiety level of liquid foods. It gives a slight flavor to the food very mild and tolerable. The only drawback I find is that the powder is very fine and sticks to any wet dish, so just in contact with the skin makes your fingers sticky.

Una muy buena opción para espesar y dar textura en épocas de poca ingesta calórica y aumentar el nivel de saciedad de alimentos líquidos. Da un ligero sabor a la comida muy leve y tolerable. El único inconveniente que le encuentro es que el polvo es muy fino y se adhiere a cualquier fuente húmeda, por lo que simplemente en contacto con la piel hace que queden pegajosos los dedos.
