Sweetener fashionable but...
It is supposed to be the healthiest sweetener, yes, but to sweeten something you have to use a lot of it, so in the end it costs an arm and a leg. Personally, I prefer others that, although they are worse, do not hurt my pocket so much.

For diabetics
I use it in baking, and although it sweetens much less than sugar (you have to put about 20% more), it is not bitter like other sweeteners in baked goods. It also dissolves well in hot and cold drinks.
