I bought it because my wife was getting sores in her mouth and vitamin A is supposed to help prevent them and it seems to work!!!!

I bought vitamin B12 and I am a vegetarian. It is much cheaper and the result is the same. The only downside is that there is no higher dose so that I can take it only one day a week.
Compre la vitamina B12 y que soy vegetariana. esta es mucho más económica y el resultado es el mismo. La única pega es que no hay de una dosis mayor para poder tomarla solamente un día a la semana.

I take it for my vegan diet. Apart from being essential, I notice its effect a lot if I take it when I drink alcohol occasionally (goodbye hangover, hello stamina).
