I have been taking this vit b12 for a long time because I don't eat meat and it is a good supplement and I think it is a great price and for that reason I keep buying it.

I bought it because my wife was getting sores in her mouth and vitamin A is supposed to help prevent them and it seems to work!!!!

Lo compre porque a mi mujer le aparecían heridas en la boca y se supone que la vitamina A ayuda a prevenir y parece que funciona!!!

Perfect

I bought vitamin B12 and I am a vegetarian. It is much cheaper and the result is the same. The only downside is that there is no higher dose so that I can take it only one day a week.

Compre la vitamina B12 y que soy vegetariana. esta es mucho más económica y el resultado es el mismo. La única pega es que no hay de una dosis mayor para poder tomarla solamente un día a la semana.

I take it for my vegan diet. Apart from being essential, I notice its effect a lot if I take it when I drink alcohol occasionally (goodbye hangover, hello stamina).

La tomo para mi dieta vegana. Aparte de ser esencial, noto muchísimo su efecto si la tomo cuando consumo alcohol ocasionalmente (adiós resaca, hola resistencia).

Perfect for vegetarians

I have been a vegetarian for a long time now and it is great for me, since I have 120 capsules and it lasts a long time and I don't have to buy new bottles every 2 x 3.
