Quality Spirulina powder with a nice spirulina flavor (I won't be able to describe its taste to you), but it is pleasant for me. Provides essential nutrients for my vegan diet with 2 to 3g/day. Taken on an empty stomach in the morning, but not in the evening because it prevents me from sleeping. Quality product that I order regularly.
