Natural cow’s milk is sourced from European farms that care for their cows, ensuring all health and quality of life needs under the legislated and protected standards of the European Union.
The cow’s milk is pasteurized following heat treatment procedures that guarantee total microbiological safety, then cooled and ready for consumption or for making subproducts.
This milk is treated with lactic cultures from the Lactobacillus and Streptococcus genera and incubated to naturally produce yogurt. The cultures are completely safe and alter the milk’s pH to generate yogurt. This yogurt is cooled and ready for packaging.
Yogurt has characteristics that require preservatives for preparation, or otherwise, its expiration date is immediate; even with preservatives, yogurt in the fridge expires in just a few days.
