This is my next recurring purchase and this time I have changed flavors. This format has been out of stock for a while and for me is the one I like the most, although it all depends on each person and the use they make of it. The strawberry flavor is very good, now it's the turn of the orange.

Top quality although short of HC

I bought the unflavored ones (I'm a sucker for sweet products) and, although they are slightly sugary, it's bearable. They have worked perfectly for me on long runs to maintain energy levels and delay (caffeine) the onset of fatigue. No digestive problems. Now to try the 60g HC ones... and if my body tolerates them as well.... Directly fixed in my races.

Good quality and balanced components both in carbohydrates and caffeine.

Finally a gel with the optimal combination and ratio of carbohydrates (1:0.8) for maximum performance is presented. The 60g shot amount is perhaps a bit large but better than the standard 40g and minimizes the number of shots needed in long distance races such as marathons.

The best gel I've ever used, I'd recommend it again! It delivers what it promises, energy that never ends. Lemon flavor is top.

For me the best gels for training long distances. You can feel the effectiveness and the caffeine.

The truth is that they are much better, even the spectacular flavorlessness has been noticed.

Without taste the one I liked the most, but the lemon and orange ones are also very good and give you the necessary spark to carry out your workouts and efforts.

Very good option

Very good option as it is a great carb load, the only thing I took one for a short trail (12k) in the middle, and I almost had to eat ceiling, the caffeine intake is very noticeable.

Full power

These new HSN gels are very good, they provide a lot of carbohydrates. I use them on long bike rides, and I also combine them with Evogummy bars, so I don't lack energy. Very easy to assimilate and taste. The texture, although not hydro, is very liquid.

I just tried them in a race and I was pleasantly surprised, light texture, swallow very well, do not have the typical extreme sweetness of others, very good taste of lemon I've tried light and pleasant, by composition are complete and give you everything you need.
