I really liked it! I have been taking melatonin for years and it works very well for me. But I think that this enriched formula improves sleep and rest even more thanks to the properties of valerian, passionflower, GABA.... The downside is that you have to take two tablets, which is already a drag and also makes the treatment quite expensive.
me ha gustado mucho!! Tomo melatonina desde hace años y me va muy bien. Pero creo que esta fórmula enriquecida mejora el sueño y el descanso aún más gracias a las propiedades de la valeriana, pasiflora, GABA... La pega es que hay que tomar dos comprimidos, que ya es una lata y además encarece bastante el tratamiento.
