I usually take it in times of high heat and after training, the taste is acceptable, for my taste it is too sweet, but it is a personal opinion and I think it could be improved in that aspect.

Meets expectations
In my case I use it when I have workouts with a lot of muscular and/or cardiovascular wear, especially when I double sessions. The effect it has on the body is quite noticeable, providing extra energy. To put a downside, the lemon flavor is similar to some medicine I have taken, but it is still quite pleasant.
En mi caso lo utilizo cuando tengo entrenamientos con mucho desgaste a nivel muscular y/o cardiovascular, especialmente cuando doblo sesiones. Es bastante notable el efecto que hace en el organismo, proporcionando un extra de energía. Por poner alguna pega, el sabor a limón me resulta similar a alguna medicina que he tomado, pero aún así es bastante agradable.

I tried it with a sample sachet that was given to me with my order, so to rate the effectiveness would be unrealistic. But talking about the taste may be helpful to people. My sachet was apple flavored and I personally quite liked the apple flavor. Very similar to typical apple juices, but it does leave you with a pretty sweet aftertaste. But taste-wise, fine.
Lo probé con un sobre de muestra que me regalaron con mi pedido, así que valorar la efectividad no sería realista. Pero hablar del sabor le puede ser útil a la gente. Mi sobre era de sabor manzana y a mi personalmente me gustó bastante el sabor de manzana. Muy parecido a los típicos zumos de manzana, pero sí que te deja un regusto bastante dulce. Pero de sabor, bien.
