I use it to make smoothies and it mixes quite well. It has a milky flavor that not everyone likes or may get tired, I do not dislike it and if I get tired I can always change the ingredients of the shake to modify the flavor (cocoa, fruit, cachuete, etc.) It is the second time I buy it, since the price is unbeatable.
Yo la uso para hacer batidos y se mezcla bastante bien. Tiene un sabor lacteo que igual no gusta a todo el mundo o puede llegar a cansar, a mi no me disgusta y si me canso siempre puedo cambiar los ingredientes del batido para modificar el sabor (cacao,fruta,cachuete, etc)

Good tasting protein, for not having sweeteners, but I find it has too much salt 1.9 grams/100 grams of product, especially if you compare it with WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE 80% 2.0, which has only 0.6 grams.

As soon as you open the package you immediately smell good things, milk with cookies.... They dissolve in an instant, I take them before the workout, 30 grams with 200 ml of water, with low fixed residue and a drop of cold coffee, prepared with the Moka. To vary the taste you can add a touch of bitter cocoa and cinnamon, or some red fruits, to be mixed with a blender. The production is excellent, the raw materials used are unique, I have not found other proteins with this production chain. I wouldn't change them for anything in the world. Spectacular, highly recommended.
Appena apri la confezione senti subito un profumo di cose buone, di latte con i biscotti...
Si sciolgono in un attimo, le assumo prima dell'allenamento, 30 grammi con 200 ml di acqua, con residuo fisso basso ed un goccio di caffè freddo, preparato con la Moka. Per variare il gusto potete aggiungere un tocco di cacao amaro e cannella, oppure dei frutti rossi, da miscelare con il mixer.
La produzione è ottima, le materie prime utilizzate sono uniche, non ho trovato altre proteine con questa filiera di produzione.
Non le cambierei per nulla al mondo.
