I don't recommend it very much. The taste and texture is weird and kind of sticky-oily. I only bought one to try but I prefer conventional sticks.

For mtb routes the product does not melt in the heat, which is a point in its favor, good taste although a little sweet, with a perfect caloric intake to eat a bar every hour in my case.
