Deep sleep is achieved with these melatonin tablets, which offer 1.8mg neat. When I take it, I take it two at a time. Many studies can be shown in which the recommended dose is 2 or 3 pills. The problem is that in Spain they cannot be sold with more than 1.8mg per unit because otherwise it is considered a drug and they could not sell them anywhere.
Se consigue un sueño profundo con estas pastillas de melatonina, que ofrecen 1,8mg limpios. Cuando la tomo, lo hago de dos en dos. Se pueden mostrar muchos estudios en los que la dosis recomendada es de 2 o 3 pastillas. El problema es que en España no se pueden vender con más de 1,8 mg por unidad porque sino se considera fármaco y no podrían venderlas en cualquier sitio.
