Very good option to have on hand for specific moments. Apart from its benefits for physical and intellectual activity, it comes in handy for other cases. For example, I have low blood pressure and there are times when my blood pressure drops below normal levels. If I start to notice symptoms, apart from water and certain foods, I usually drink a strong coffee, which helps even if only momentarily.
