Hello good morning, I wish I was writing to tell you about my good impression of HSN after my first purchase, but unfortunately I am not. After the good recommendations of several friends regarding the seriousness of the brand and its quality, I decided to give you a try. I always pay a lot of attention to the ingredients and, in this case, the aminogram and analysis that you post of each protein; it seems to me a very good policy and this gave me that extra confidence in you. The thing is that I ordered 2 packages of 2 kg each of yogurt and lemon flavor, I decided basically because according to the information you provide, it has 81g of protein per 100g. But what is my surprise that the product label indicates 77g of protein per 100g. I feel cheated and disappointed, because now I even doubt that the rest of the nutritional information of other products is true to reality. I am sure other customers have been in similar situations with you. Now, HSN as a brand, how will you make me trust again and recover my illusion as a customer with you? :( Best regards

Ojalá os estuviera escribiendo para transmitiros mi buena impresión con HSN después de mi primera compra, pero lamentablemente no es así. Tras las buenas recomendaciones de varios amigos en cuanto a la seriedad de la marca y a su calidad, me decidí a daros una oportunidad. Siempre pongo mucha atención a los ingredientes y, en este caso el aminograma y análisis que colgáis de cada proteína; me parece una muy buena política y esto me dio ese extra de confianza en vosotros.
El caso es que pedí 2 paquetes de 2 Kg cada uno de sabor yogur y limón, me decidí básicamente porque según la información que aportáis, tiene 81g de proteína por cada 100g. Pero Cual es mi sorpresa que en la etiqueta del producto indica 77g de proteína por cada 100g. Me siento engañado y defraudado, ya que ahora hasta pongo en duda que el resto de información nutricional de otros productos sea fiel a la realidad.
Estoy seguro de que otros clientes se han visto en tesituras similares con vosotros. Ahora, HSN como marca, ¿de qué manera hará que yo vuelva a confiar y recupere la ilusión como cliente con vosotros? :(
