Maybe it's partly placebo, but the change in post-workout recovery after taking it for a week is brutal. That coupled with the hundreds of studies that guarantee its safety and even support positive side effects, makes me plan to have it for a long time, and the price of this particular one is ideal. The seal on the pouch is a bit of a bummer, but it's a minor thing.
Quizá en parte es placebo, pero el cambio en cuanto a recuperación post entreno después de tomarla una semana es brutal. Eso unido a los chorrocientos estudios que garantizan su seguridad e incluso apoyan efectos secundarios positivos, hace que planee tenerla mucho tiempo, y el precio de esta en concreto es ideal. El cierre de la bolsa regulero, pero es algo menor.

I've been ordering it for about 1 year, I think it's one of the best value for money on the market. I have never tried creapure, so I don't know if it will make much of a difference.
